Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order from Beyond Trends UK. This policy explains when and how you can return an item. Beyond Trends UK is a trading name of WAZAVERSE LTD, registered in England & Wales.

30-day returns

If you change your mind, you can return most items within 30 days of the day you receive them. To be accepted, the item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned

Unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described, we cannot accept returns of:

Cut-to-size and made-to-order items, including foam cut to your chosen dimensions. These are made specifically for you.
Bedding, pillows, mattress toppers, mattresses and pet beds that have been unsealed or used, for hygiene reasons.

Please check sizes carefully before ordering cut-to-size items. If you are unsure, email us before you order.

How to return an item

Email beyondtrendsuk@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
We will reply with the return address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and send it back to us. We recommend a tracked service, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return postage

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending it back. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay the return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. If you cancel your whole order within 14 days of receiving it, we will also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. We may reduce a refund if an item has been used or damaged beyond what is needed to inspect it.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return postage. This applies to all items, including cut-to-size and made-to-order items.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing us. Cut-to-size and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once we have started making them.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
