These terms apply when you use beyondtrendsuk.com or place an order with us. Please read them before ordering.

1. About us

2. Placing an order

When you place an order you are offering to buy the items in your basket. We will send an email confirming we have received your order. A contract between you and us is formed when we send the email confirming your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods offered at checkout. If we find a pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

4. Products

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and colours of foam and fabric may vary slightly between batches. Sizes of foam and cushion products are approximate and small variations are normal. Please check measurements carefully before ordering, especially for cut-to-size items.

5. Cut-to-size and made-to-order items

Cut-to-size foam and other made-to-order items are made to the dimensions you choose. You are responsible for making sure the measurements you select are correct. These items cannot be returned or cancelled once we have started making them unless they are faulty or not as described. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Delivery

Delivery charges, dispatch times and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. The items become your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Returns and refunds

Your rights to return items and receive a refund are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Your account and information

You are responsible for giving us accurate contact and delivery details. We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Our liability

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We supply products for domestic and private use only and are not liable for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any breach of your legal rights as a consumer.

10. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption or severe weather. If such an event causes a significant delay, we will contact you and you may cancel your order for a refund.

11. Use of this website

The content of this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. You must not misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on the website at the time you place it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
