Size guide

Three measurements, three options. Length matches the width of your bed:

• Width is the size of the gap: 2 in (5 cm), 3 in (7.5 cm), 4 in (10 cm) or 5 in (12.5 cm). Measure the gap at its widest point. If you are between sizes, pick the larger one for a snug fit.
• Thickness is the height of the foam: 4 in (10 cm), 6 in (15 cm), 8 in (20 cm), 10 in (25 cm) or 12 in (30 cm). Measure your mattress depth and pick the closest, so the filler sits level with the top of the mattress.

How to fit it

• Pull the mattress slightly away from the headboard or wall.
• Stand the foam upright on the bed base, along the full width of the bed.
• Push the mattress back so the foam is held snugly in the gap.
• Tuck your sheet or mattress protector over the top for a neat finish.
